Age Restriction –
Purchases are strictly for individuals aged 18 or over. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age before processing your order. If we suspect that an order has been placed by a minor, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Delivery & Age Verification (Alcohol Sales) –
As our products include alcohol, all deliveries are subject to strict age verification procedures.
We use DPD courier service, and all deliveries will require a valid proof of age upon receipt. The courier operates a Challenge 25 policy, meaning that if the recipient appears under 25, they will be required to provide valid photographic ID (such as a passport or driving licence).
If suitable identification cannot be provided, the courier will refuse delivery, and the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any return and re-delivery costs from the refund.
We do not permit delivery to anyone under the age of 18.
Shipping –
We currently only ship within the UK mainland using DPD courier service.
We aim to process and deliver all orders within five working days from the date of purchase; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 4pm will be treated as received on the next working day. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer than expected.
For special delivery requests, including urgent shipments or bulk orders, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist.
Any orders placed after midday on Thursday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Pricing –
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT, postage, and packaging unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden fees, and the total cost of your order will be clearly shown before checkout.
Confirmation of Order –
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a digital receipt. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed.
Cancellation –
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under our returns policy.
Returns & Refunds –
If you are not satisfied with your product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition unless faulty or damaged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product at no additional cost
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products have been opened or consumed unless proven faulty.
