Shipping
Shipping is to UK mainland only using our standard courier service. We aim to have your order processed and delivered within 5 working days. During peak times this may be slightly delayed.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, postage and packaging unless otherwise stated.
Confirmation of order
You will be sent a digital email receipt to confirm that your credit card payment has been taken, and that your order is being processed.
Cancellation

Returns
Should you not be satisfied with your product once you have received it, please contact our customer service contacts below. Should you receive an order that is damaged we can refund the amount in full to your credit card, or arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
